As a key member of our customer-focused team, you'll drive sales through personalized service, maintain visual merchandising standards, and contribute to our store's success. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through consultative selling and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floor sets and promotional displays
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stock counts, and replenishment
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales and service goals
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards per company policies
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology/POS systems
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Valid work authorization and ability to start immediately
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
