Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer experiences through personalized service and product expertise
- Process transactions accurately using our modern POS system while maintaining cash handling standards
- Curate and maintain visually appealing product displays in alignment with brand guidelines
- Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless store operations
- Participate in daily inventory counts and stock replenishment processes
- Contribute to a positive team culture through open communication and mutual support
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing and inventory tasks
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Proficient with technology (POS systems, mobile apps)
