Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 night shift staff, ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance
- Coordinate inventory management, including cycle counts and stock rotation
- Train and mentor new hires on warehouse procedures and equipment operation
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to management
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, productivity metrics, and incident reports
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operational transitions
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training required
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid Florida driver's license
