Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ team members during overnight operations, ensuring safety protocols and efficiency
- Manage inventory control systems, cycle counts, and accurate documentation
- Coordinate order fulfillment, loading/unloading, and quality assurance checks
- Implement process improvements to meet 99.5% on-time delivery targets
- Train and mentor staff on equipment operation (RF scanners, forklifts)
- Resolve operational disruptions and escalate issues to management
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operator credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
