- Oversee 15+ person night shift team with real-time performance coaching
- Optimize inventory flow through AS400/WMS systems during peak hours
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Coordinate cross-functional handoffs with day shift operations
- Resolve logistics escalations and maintain 99.8% order accuracy
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for overnight efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in high-volume environments
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operation credentials required
- Proficient in WMS/ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean MVR record
- Spanish bilingual capability strongly preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand 8+ hours nightly
