Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 night shift team members during receiving, picking, and shipping operations
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safe work practices throughout the facility
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and daily performance reviews
- Coordinate with day shift leadership for seamless workflow transitions
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Manage inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficient in WMS and RF scanning technology
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM shifts including weekends
