- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols across all operations
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation
- Coordinate with day shift for seamless transition and continuity
- Implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase throughput
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume environments
- Advanced proficiency in WMS (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced overnight operations
- Data-driven decision making with inventory metrics
- Strong problem-solving skills for operational challenges
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM shifts with weekend rotation
