Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ person night shift team operations
- Optimize warehouse workflow and productivity metrics
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance
- Coordinate inventory management and cycle counts
- Train and develop warehouse staff members
- Resolve operational issues and escalate appropriately
- Collaborate with day shift leadership for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent knowledge
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Forklift certification mandatory
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends
