Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 warehouse staff during overnight shifts
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics operations
- Ensure OSHA safety compliance and best practices
- Manage inventory control systems and cycle counts
- Train new hires on warehouse procedures
- Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary
- Generate daily shift performance reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse/supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Flexible schedule availability (overnights, weekends)
- Valid driver's license required
- Pass background check and drug screen
