Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Manage team of 12-15 associates with performance coaching and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems
- Coordinate with day shift for seamless operational transitions
- Conduct cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Spanish bilingual preferred
- Experience with AS/RS systems a plus
