Responsibilities
- Oversee all nightly warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead team of 10-15 warehouse associates during 10 PM - 6 AM shift
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety protocols across all processes
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless operational handovers
- Implement efficiency improvements using WMS systems
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to team members
- Manage inventory discrepancies and cycle count procedures
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10 training required
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
