Responsibilities
- Lead 15+ member night shift team in receiving, storage, and shipping operations
- Optimize warehouse workflows using WMS systems (SAP/JDA experience preferred)
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety standards across all processes
- Conduct inventory audits and implement cycle count procedures
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment operation (Forklift, RF scanners)
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless transition
- Resolve operational escalations and maintain 99.5% order accuracy
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficient in WMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Forklift Operator certification
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent required (degree preferred)
