Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 person night shift team in warehouse operations
- Manage inventory control systems and order fulfillment
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols are maintained
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transition
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS technology
- Handle incident reporting and performance documentation
- Maintain equipment readiness and preventive maintenance schedules
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS and inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Forklift certification required
- Flexibility to cover weekends and holidays as needed
