Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 night shift team members including task assignment and performance management
- Ensure accurate inventory control and efficient order fulfillment processes
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Monitor warehouse KPIs including productivity metrics and error rates
- Conduct equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance schedules
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule (including weekends)
- Basic knowledge of DC-area transportation routes
