Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift team members ensuring efficient order fulfillment and inventory accuracy
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize workflow using WMS systems and real-time performance metrics
- Train and mentor new associates on equipment operation and procedures
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with day shift and management team
- Conduct daily inspections of forklifts and warehouse equipment
- Resolve operational issues with minimal disruption to production schedules
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work weekends during peak seasons
- Valid Florida driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent required
