Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-person night shift team, including task delegation and performance monitoring
- Implement and optimize inventory control systems using WMS software
- Coordinate with day shift managers for seamless operational handovers
- Conduct safety audits and ensure OSHA compliance during overnight hours
- Resolve logistical challenges and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Generate daily productivity reports for senior leadership review
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with night shift exposure
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and barcode scanning
- OSHA certification and hazardous materials handling knowledge
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Valid forklift certification and heavy equipment operation experience
- Ability to work independently in low-supervision environments
- Basic Spanish language skills preferred for diverse team coordination
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
