Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift team members, ensuring efficient workflow and safety protocols
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including inventory management and shipping documentation
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to day management
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and equipment inspections
- Implement process improvements to boost productivity and accuracy
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and company policies
- Generate performance reports and recommend personnel actions
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Proven leadership with overnight shift supervision background
- Forklift certification and hazardous materials handling preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly desirable
