Responsibilities
- Manage 15-20 night shift team members, ensuring safety protocols and productivity standards
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless transition
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory and incidents
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid Michigan driver's license required
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule
- Previous forklift certification preferred
