Responsibilities
- Lead overnight team of 15+ warehouse associates in receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols during night shift operations
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide targeted coaching
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for operational continuity
- Resolve escalated customer service issues and delivery exceptions
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift oversight
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid Forklift Operator certification
- Experience with OSHA compliance reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
