Responsibilities
- Oversee 8-12 person night shift team in receiving, picking, and shipping operations
- Implement inventory control procedures and cycle count accuracy
- Ensure OSHA compliance and workplace safety protocols
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow efficiency
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment systems
- Coordinate with day shift leadership for operational continuity
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
