Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ member night shift team and daily warehouse operations
- Optimize inventory control systems and implement safety protocols
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless transition
- Process inbound/outbound shipments using WMS technology
- Conduct performance reviews and staff development sessions
- Resolve operational issues and maintain ISO compliance
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Valid Forklift Operator certification
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
