Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 warehouse associates during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ensure accurate inventory control and cycle counting procedures
- Oversee safe loading/unloading of freight using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Implement OSHA compliance and safety protocols across all operations
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless workflow transitions
- Utilize WMS software for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
- Train new associates on equipment operation and company standards
- Resolve operational issues and maintain productivity metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
