Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ night shift team members to ensure efficient order processing
- Oversee inventory control, loading/unloading, and quality assurance
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operational handoffs
- Resolve logistical issues and optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct daily performance reviews and provide coaching
- Generate operational reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks)
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP)
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Flexible schedule availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid Nevada driver's license preferred
