Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ member night shift team, including scheduling and performance management
- Execute inventory control protocols and cycle counts with 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day shift supervisors
- Implement OSHA safety standards and emergency response procedures
- Optimize warehouse layout for peak overnight efficiency
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Conduct shift briefings and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in night shift environments
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation expertise
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (SAP/JDA preferred)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills required
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure situations
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field
