As a key player in our distribution center, you'll ensure accurate inventory management, efficient order fulfillment, and adherence to safety protocols. Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment in designated zones
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certifications
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment issues
- Document daily operations and report discrepancies to shift supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required
