Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with precision to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues in real-time
- Train on new processes and technologies to continuously improve workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible schedule with reliable transportation for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
