Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate powered pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled environment
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily targets
- Adhere to strict OSHA and safety protocols
- Complete digital inventory logs using handheld scanners
Qualifications
- Ability to work 11 PM - 7 AM (Monday-Friday)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy (RF scanner training provided)
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation to South LA facility
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Must pass background check and drug screen
