Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory levels and conduct cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless handover and inventory reconciliation
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company procedures
- Assist in training new associates on warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Flexible schedule with reliable transportation to night shift hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
