Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity
- Maintain organized and efficient warehouse layout with proper stock rotation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Pass background check and drug screening
