Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package shipments in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-certified safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanning technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly shipping deadlines
- Adhere to strict quality control standards and workplace safety guidelines
- Document processing activities using warehouse management systems (WMS)
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper techniques
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume settings
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
