Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies against BOLs
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with day shift teams for smooth transition of operations
- Document warehouse activities in real-time using digital reporting tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently in low-light environments
- Preferred experience with voice-picking systems or WMS platforms
