Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package incoming shipments with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Maintain inventory records using our advanced WMS system
- Optimize loading/unloading procedures for maximum efficiency
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule availability for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
