Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock in a 50,000 sq ft climate-controlled facility
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and material handling equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Inspect and prepare outbound shipments for timely delivery to regional distribution centers
- Collaborate with overnight team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets
- Document all activities using digital reporting tools and maintain quality control standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM shifts
- Experience with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) a plus
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
