Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Optimize inventory placement in warehouse racking systems
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces according to OSHA standards
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) safely and responsibly
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily productivity targets
- Complete detailed paperwork and digital inventory logs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid OSHA PIT certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Reliable transportation to our Harbor Park facility
