Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in high-volume warehouse environment
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate automated conveyor systems and sorting equipment
- Document operational activities using digital reporting tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse technology
- Valid California driver's license preferred (not required)
- Availability to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM with rotating weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
