Responsibilities
- Manage inventory flow and stock rotation using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in a climate-controlled facility
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with accuracy and speed
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly targets
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits weekly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM (flexible schedule options)
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Forklift certification a plus (training available)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Team player with proactive communication style
