Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with day shift team for smooth transition of critical operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain clean, hazard-free workspaces
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with handheld technology
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule with weekend rotation
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
