Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts with safety certifications
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
- Assist in training new associates on standard procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation and ability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
