Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment and inventory accuracy
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards across all warehouse operations
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless workflow transitions and handovers
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize productivity during off-peak hours
- Conduct performance reviews and provide targeted coaching for night shift staff
- Manage inventory reconciliation and report discrepancies to senior management
- Respond to emergency situations and make real-time operational decisions
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with night shift supervision
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials required
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
- Experience with OSHA compliance and safety audits
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
