Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift warehouse associates with precision scheduling and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems for 24/7 operational efficiency
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain flawless safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for productivity metrics
- Manage dock operations and transportation coordination
- Handle escalated customer inquiries with professionalism
- Generate daily performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30-Hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Experience with JIT inventory models preferred
- Spanish bilingual a significant plus
