Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 night shift staff, including task delegation and performance monitoring
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment
- Optimize inventory management processes using WMS systems
- Coordinate with day shift teams for operational continuity
- Conduct quality control audits and address immediate issues
- Prepare daily shift reports and productivity metrics
- Train new hires on safety protocols and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- Experience with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/holidays as needed)
