Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all nightly warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead team of 8-12 warehouse associates, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Optimize workflow efficiency and implement process improvements
- Conduct daily inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless operations
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters appropriately
- Maintain accurate documentation and shift reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- Must be available to work Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
