Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 night shift warehouse associates, ensuring optimal productivity and safety protocols
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Conduct daily safety inspections and enforce OSHA compliance standards
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment operation and procedures
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and operational disruptions
- Prepare daily shift reports and performance metrics for leadership review
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate night shift teams
- Proficiency in WMS systems (Oracle/JDA experience a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
