Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 night shift team members, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets are met
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including inventory management and quality control
- Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate complex problems to management
- Conduct shift briefings and provide performance feedback to team members
- Monitor warehouse equipment usage and schedule preventive maintenance
- Generate daily activity reports and productivity analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Forklift certification and experience with powered industrial equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
- Excellent communication skills with bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
