- Conduct daily performance reviews and coaching sessions
- Implement process improvements for 25%+ efficiency gains
- Manage emergency response procedures during off-hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in night shift roles
- OSHA certification and hazardous materials handling expertise
- Advanced proficiency in WMS (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt preferred
