Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Train and manage team of 8-12 warehouse associates
- Optimize workflow efficiency and implement process improvements
- Conduct safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance
- Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for operational continuity
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification mandatory
- Previous night shift experience highly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
