Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members in receiving, packing, and shipping operations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and inventory accuracy
- Train and mentor staff on new equipment and procedures
- Coordinate with day shift managers for seamless handovers
- Resolve operational challenges using real-time data analytics
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- Forklift certification and inventory management expertise
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
