Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift staff, ensuring safety protocols and operational efficiency
- Manage inventory control systems and coordinate cross-functional logistics
- Resolve operational disruptions and maintain optimal workflow
- Conduct daily safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance
- Train and mentor new associates on equipment and procedures
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transition
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in night shift operations
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
