Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 team members during overnight shifts, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including inventory management and dock scheduling
- Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency and reduce errors
- Conduct daily safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance protocols
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues to management
- Train and mentor new associates on equipment usage and procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA certification and forklift operation skills required
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
