Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates during overnight shifts
- Oversee inventory management, order picking, and shipping/receiving operations
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems
- Conduct daily inspections of equipment and facilities
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Generate performance reports and productivity metrics
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transition
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- Ability to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM) and occasional weekends
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving and team leadership abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
